Xavier Molina, Chief of Roofology

Hi I’m Xavier, founder of M3 Roofing alongside my beautiful wife Michelle (more on that in a moment).

I bring decades of experience in sales and roofing to M3 and the intangible focus and work ethic that being an army brat instills in a person. As the son of an U.S. Army Aviation Officer, I spent my childhood traveling and living in locations across the world. From these experiences, I learned how to see things from a different point of view, how to be resilient and the many ways that hard work sets you apart from others.

In the early 90s, Miami became the place that I called home after finishing my business studies at Florida International University and the University of Florida. I built a career in the medical field as a sales representative and then followed my entrepreneurial spirit which led me to roofing. In that role, I found my career path as well as my partner who later became my wife, Michelle.

My role at M3 is to personally oversee all inspections. I spend most of my time on-site, hands on - managing projects from start to finish. I take pride in my technical knowledge of the roofing industry, materials and trends and always push myself to stay on the cutting edge of the latest developments. 

When I am not helping property owners to find cost effective and efficient solutions for their roofing needs, you might find me making split second decisions about whether to send the runner home as he rounds third base at my sons’ little league games.

Was a DJ in high school. Played baseball at the collegiate level, loves to surf.

 

Michelle Molina, Director of Roofology

Hey there, Michelle here, Director of Roofology of M3. Let me introduce myself. I’m a Miami native, a rare thing. I’m also a third-generation roofer, so you might say it’s in my DNA. 

I got an Early Education Degree from Florida International University and pursued that career for a while until I heeded the call to follow in the footsteps of my Grandfather, Father and Brother. Yes, it’s undeniably in my blood. 

As the director of roofology of M3, my role is to walk customers through the entire process. From the initial consultation to obtaining permits, scheduling repairs and overseeing contracts, I am your trail guide. You see, I understand that this is like a foreign language to most of our customers, so I make it my mission to reduce the stress, confusion and streamline in every way possible. 

You might say taking something that seems complex or overwhelming and turning it into a smooth and easy experience is my superpower. (My goal is that you say that, by the way.)  I am passionate about educating M3’s customers and honoring the trust that they place in our company when they choose us to help with their roofing needs.

When I am not at M3, you can find me supporting small business owners through my involvement in the nonprofit the Mom Economy, volunteering in the local Miami-Dade community and managing my most important customers, my three kids.

Fun Fact About Michelle:
Once ran a marathon just because someone told her she wouldn’t be able to do it.
