The Brickell Terrace Project is a large scale commercial reroof on a 5 story condo building, minutes away from the beach and in the center of downtown.

This beautiful home in South-West Miami Dade was re-roofed with a Brazilian blue clay tile.

This project was completed for a Hialeah clinic and we replaced 65 square feet of flat roof.

This home located in the beautiful city of Coral Gables on the Biltmore golf course. It was a total remodel from the inside to the outside. The tile was Crown Windsor Slate.

This home located at North-West Miami Dade County was replaced with Ownes Corning Trudef Duration Dimensional Shingle using the Ygrene program. This program allows for homeowners to finance their project and as approved contractors with the program it is an easy process.

This home located in Homestead, FL recently passed inspection and is ready for tile installation inspection. This inspection means that the city ensures the roofing contractor is correctly installing the tile to pass code. This ensures that the home will last the test of time with South Florida’s weather.

This homeowner suffered damages from Hurricane Irma and had to replace her corner unit townhouse. We applied Verea Clay Tile in the color Red.

This project was a new construction project for a general contractor that built the home from the ground up. This roof was installed using a complete Certainteed fully adhered system.
