M3 Roofing is one of Miami’s fastest roofing companies in Miami. We are looking to add to our family of Roofers to help serve our customers and educate them through the process of purchasing a new roof or roof repair. This team member must be motivated and proactive. A portion of leads will come from the office, but the team member will be responsible for networking and creating their own source of leads.
The Roofer will be responsible for creating a relationship with customers and will have an entire team supporting them to schedule walkthroughs, handle permitting and client communication.
M3 Roofing offers competitive compensation plans where commissions are paid out at the beginning of the project and quarterly bonus plans. The potential to make over $100,000 is very real with the support of our team and pro-activeness of the Roofologist.
Meet sales quotas, and goals
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field Experience or Familiarity with CRM platforms. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to build rapport with clients. Good communicator and negotiation skills. Team member must be able to carry a ladder and climb on top of roofs.
