At M3 Roofing we are all about communication and education. Each client gets there own portal login where they are able to check the progress of their roof and communicate with the M3 Roofing team.
What’s Included
Progress Pictures.
As work commences on your roof our Project Manager will upload pictures to document the entire process.
Invoices.
Invoices can me viewed online ahead of time and with their respective due dates as work progresses. Invoices can also be paid from the client portal.
Schedule.
The schedule is made available online once permit has been issued. Any updates will be instantly be made on the client portal and can be accessed at any time.
Messages.
Clients can communicate with our team through messages, they can attach pictures and notate the pictures that are uploaded.
Change Orders.
If there are any unforeseen situations a change order will be created where the client can approve online and keep track of the work.
Daily Logs.
The M3 Roofing Project Manager will keep project updates via Daily Logs where the client can access at any time.
